A Disappointing Experience in Darjeeling
I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room. The hotel was in a crowded area, and the view from my room was far from soothing. The staff seemed uncooperative, and I found the rooms congested.

Family with children worthy
We hd stayed at the hotel from 2024-01-10 to 2024-01-12. The manager was super helpful and arranged transportation for us right when we needed it, felt like having a personal assistant.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay, but given the service, I’d say it was still acceptable.

The hotel is run by a warm Tibetan family who made our stay really special. The room we were in had an amazing view, and the decor was a unique blend of art and comfort—perfect for my granddaughter and me to enjoy!
My children wished there were more activities for them available at the hotel.
